This Privacy Policy explains how NextAI Forge, LLC handles information for the ScopePack pilot.

1. Local document processing

ScopePack is designed so core document workflows run locally on your device. Source documents, extracted text, local analysis, and briefing exports are not uploaded to ScopePack servers by the desktop app. The app does not include product analytics or telemetry.

2. Information we receive

We may receive information you intentionally provide, including your name, email address, company, payment status, support requests, pilot feedback, and files or screenshots you choose to send to us.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe may provide us with payment status, customer contact details, billing details, tax information, and transaction metadata. Stripe's own privacy terms apply to its processing.

4. Support and onboarding

If you contact us at hello@scopepack.com, we use your message to respond, troubleshoot, improve ScopePack, and manage the pilot relationship. Do not send highly sensitive source documents to support unless we have agreed on a secure review process.

5. Model downloads and network behavior

ScopePack's air-gap mode is designed to block model downloads by default. If you explicitly turn air-gap mode off to download a model, the app may connect to the configured model source and display byte counts in the interface.

6. Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers that help us run payments, email, support, hosting, accounting, security, and legal operations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

7. Retention

We retain business, payment, and support records for as long as needed for the pilot, legitimate business purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security.

8. Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational limits.
