Refund Policy

30-day pilot refund
If ScopePack is not a fit, email hello@scopepack.com within 30 days of purchase and request a refund. We may ask brief feedback so we can understand what failed, but feedback is not required for eligible refunds.
What is eligible
Individual Early License and Small Team Pilot purchases are eligible for one refund per customer during the first 30 days unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
What is not eligible
Custom audit packages, custom engineering work, enterprise agreements, abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, and purchases outside the 30-day window are not automatically eligible.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment processor. Bank and card processing times vary.
