Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to the ScopePack pilot and related materials provided by NextAI Forge, LLC ("NextAI Forge," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using ScopePack, you agree to these terms.

1. Pilot access

ScopePack is offered as a paid pilot product. Pilot access may include desktop builds, onboarding, release notes, verification materials, and support by email. We may accept, decline, pause, or discontinue pilot access when needed to protect users, the product, or our business.

2. License, updates, and renewal

Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, NextAI Forge grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the ScopePack build(s) made available to you during your paid term, for your internal evaluation and operational use. ScopePack is proprietary software. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, bypass technical protections, or create derivative products from ScopePack except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right.

Your purchase includes one year of updates, new releases, new local models where offered, and email support (the "update term"). When the update term ends, the build you received during it continues to function on your device without further payment; renewal restores access to versions released after your update term. Because ScopePack runs locally and does not phone home, your installed software does not stop working if you choose not to renew, and it continues to operate if NextAI Forge ceases operations.

License validity is confirmed by an offline-verifiable signed license key. ScopePack does not transmit your documents or usage to validate a license. A license key is issued for the plan you purchased; sharing keys beyond your purchased scope is not permitted.

3. Your content

ScopePack is designed for local processing. You remain responsible for your documents, prompts, exports, decisions, and any material you choose to share with other people. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to process your content with ScopePack.

4. No professional advice

ScopePack is an operator aid for sensitive document review. It does not provide legal, security, compliance, financial, investigative, or other professional advice. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your context. You must review outputs before relying on them or sharing them.

5. Security and local-processing claims

ScopePack is designed to keep core document workflows local and to make network behavior visible and testable. No software can guarantee perfect security. Verification artifacts, egress-audit materials, runtime network checks, and public verifier tooling are provided to support review, not to replace your own security process.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use ScopePack to violate law, infringe rights, process content you are not authorized to handle, build competing products, perform unauthorized surveillance, or attempt to compromise systems or people. You may not remove proprietary notices or misrepresent ScopePack's capabilities.

7. Payment, taxes, and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Refunds are handled under the ScopePack Refund Policy.

8. Support

Pilot support is provided by email at hello@scopepack.com. We do not guarantee response times unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

9. Disclaimers

ScopePack is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextAI Forge disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and that outputs will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextAI Forge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim related to ScopePack will not exceed the amount you paid for ScopePack in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the pilot evolves. Material changes will be posted on the ScopePack site or sent by email when appropriate. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
